Original research abstracts are invited from faculty members, research scholars and PG students in the broad domains of Medicine, Engineering and Technology, Science, Humanities and Languages, Commerce and Management Studies, as well as related interdisciplinary and emerging research areas. Authors are requested to submit abstracts adhering to the following specifications:
• Word Limit: 250–300 words
• Font: Times New Roman
• Font Size: 12 pt
• Line Spacing: 1.5
• File Format: doc/.docx/pdf
• Language: English
The abstract must clearly include:
• Title of the Paper (Bold, 14 pt)
• Author(s) Name(s)
• Affiliation and Email ID
• Background/Introduction
• Objectives
• Methodology
• Key Findings/Expected Outcomes
• Keywords (3–5 keywords)
Submissions must be original and unpublished, with a similarity index below 10%, and any form of plagiarism will lead to rejection without review. All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, and acceptance will be communicated via email id mesresearchcolloquium@gmail.com. All accepted papers will be presented either as oral or poster presentations, with oral presentations typically limited to 10–15 minutes including discussion. Selected full papers may be considered for publication in the conference proceedings (with ISBN) or in a reputed journal, subject to editorial policies and review. The Book of Abstracts (PDF) will be officially released during the conference.
The presentation categories are as follows:
Award Category: A competitive track for original research with strong potential for recognition and awards.
·Non-Award Category: Focused on knowledge sharing, research proposals, innovative practices, and classroom projects.
· Faculty Track: 15-minute oral presentations, including a question-and-answer session.
· Scholar Track: Oral and poster presentations exclusively for research scholars and PG students
